If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels as provided in Section 12.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
